Graduate and Undergraduate College Students

"We don't have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to." - Brene Brown

I have worked with undergraduate and graduate college students for the last several years, in a number of states. For some, college is a time of excitement and increased independence. But it can simultaneously be a time of increased stress and overwhelm. I treat students dealing with roommate issues, homesickness, cultural adjustments, academic stress, economic concerns, and difficulty balancing work and school stress. I also treat those struggling with mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, and eating disorders. For some, going to school a little bit later in life, it can be tricky to juggle outside responsibilities in addition to the responsibilities of being a student. I have met with students who prefer a short-term time frame (5-20 sessions) and those who are looking for longer-term care. I enjoy working with all types of college students, including non-traditional students, graduate students, and international students.
